📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability,Train and develop staff to enhance performance and productivity,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus,Must be able to work full-time and be available during store hours
