Bengkel Anggi Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is an urgent opening, so we need someone who can start immediately. As the Captain, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and service quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the restaurant.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant has adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and provide feedback to improve overall performance.,Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high standards of food and service quality.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
