📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct community assessments and gather data using surveys and interviews.
• Develop and implement community development programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify community needs and priorities.
• Create and maintain community development reports using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Organize and facilitate community events and workshops.
• Assist in the coordination of volunteer activities and partnerships.
• Provide administrative support to the Community Development team.
• Contribute to the development of community development strategies and action plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven interest and passion for community development and social impact.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with community development tools and software such as NVivo or similar qualitative data analysis software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel within Yogyakarta and its surrounding areas.
