📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine quality control tests on cement products to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality issues.,Collaborate with the QC team to develop and implement quality improvement strategies.,Maintain detailed records of test results and quality control activities.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Ensure all quality control equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.,Participate in regular quality audits and inspections.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the cement industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
