As a Cashier at The Keranjang, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. You will use our point-of-sale (POS) system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail, to process transactions accurately and quickly. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized cash register area, handling cash and card payments, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including restocking supplies and handling cash and card payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including adhering to security and safety protocols.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail or similar POS systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
