📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage and train a team of kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Plan and prepare daily menus, considering dietary requirements and seasonal availability.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and quality.,Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and as part of a larger team.,Familiarity with local food culture and ingredients.,Valid food handling certificate and any other relevant certifications.
