📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and mentor production teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
