📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of multiple store branches, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and distribution across all locations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to store managers and staff.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the franchise or retail industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software like Fishbowl or TradeGecko.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
