Jaya Umar Bakery is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work effectively in a remote setting,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
