Den Bay Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information to potential customers and answering their questions.,Manage and maintain customer records and sales data.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals and presentations.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns.,Assist in the training and development of new sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
