📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations.,Manage and supervise the work of junior accountants.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Handle and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
