📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and mentoring as needed.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Analyze warehouse performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
