📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing the hotel's daily operations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and beverages.,Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Butler.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.,Knowledge of local culture and customs is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
