📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to minimize costs and maximize vehicle lifespan.,Handle vehicle repairs and servicing, either in-house or through external vendors.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Generate and maintain reports on vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
