Assisting the sales team in providing excellent customer service,Promoting our products and services to potential customers,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions,Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers,Assisting in the management of the sales floor and display of products,Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and KPIs,Assisting in the training and development of new team members🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong knowledge of the jewelry industry and products,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficient in using computer software and sales tools,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Passionate about the jewelry industry and customer service🛠️ Keahlian
