📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in fleet operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members on fleet management best practices.,Maintain open lines of communication with management to address any fleet-related concerns or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.
