PT Cempaka Widya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and route vehicles effectively.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with all regulations.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary safety and compliance documentation.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to improve their performance and safety.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations and safety standards.
