Apotek Maya Kitchen is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our delivery fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for improving operational efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.,Maintain a high level of communication with drivers, ensuring they are aware of delivery schedules and any changes.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.,Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to deliveries promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of products.,Conduct regular performance reviews of the delivery fleet, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with local traffic regulations and delivery best practices.
