📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full cycle of employee recruitment, from job advertising to onboarding and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between our team and external stakeholders to drive project success.
• Coordinate with the finance team to manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Assist in the development of community engagement strategies to build a positive reputation for Private Advertiser in Kapuas Hulu.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in human resources and community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with community engagement and stakeholder management best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
