📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Administer employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
