As a Junior Executive Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of finished goods, identifying and documenting any defects, and working closely with production teams to ensure that quality issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outgoing quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and document defects, discrepancies, and quality issues using inspection tools such as checklists, measurement devices, and visual inspection techniques.
• Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve quality problems, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and develop preventive measures.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, including photographs and measurements, for quality audits and customer communications.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure that incoming materials meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and other relevant quality management systems.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools, equipment, and software, such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), calipers, micrometers, and quality control software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
