📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial advice to the management and board of directors.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proven ability to manage a finance team and provide financial advice.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
