📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Review and verify financial documents, reports, and transactions to maintain high standards.,Lead a team of QC staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Monitor and improve quality control procedures and standards.,Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on quality control metrics and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role in the finance industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
