📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Mentor and coach junior training officers to ensure the successful execution of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
