Tanggung Jawab:

• Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve our learning and development processes.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Leverage various e-learning platforms and tools to create engaging and interactive training content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Proven experience in designing and developing training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
