📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to banking customers.,Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.,Promote banking products and services to customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with the branch team to achieve branch targets.,Perform cash handling duties in a secure and efficient manner.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the branch office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or customer service.,Strong understanding of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid ID and banking license (if required).,Previous experience in a roving teller role is a plus.
