Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene,Manage the kitchen staff and ensure efficient operations,Monitor food costs and inventory levels,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Participate in menu planning and development,Train and develop junior staff members,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff,Familiarity with menu planning and cost control,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
