📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain sewing machines to ensure efficient production,Follow and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sewing operations,Inspect and quality check finished products to ensure they meet the required standards,Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the supervisor immediately,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Assist in training new employees on sewing machine operations,Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sewing Machine Operator in the garment industry,Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their maintenance,Good understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required,Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
