You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our organizational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Fluency in Indonesian and English
