• Assist doctors and nurses with patient care and treatment
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Maintain and update patient medical records
• Provide patient education and support
• Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or administrative healthcare role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as EMR or EHR
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Valid certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
