📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process daily cash transactions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Use financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar to manage financial records.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cash processing or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
