📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs using PMS and CRM tools.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Assist with the front desk operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Promote the hostel's services and facilities to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and activities to provide valuable information to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in PMS and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities in Uluwatu and Bali.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry.
