With your expertise in social media platforms and content creation tools, you'll play a crucial role in our efforts to expand our network and enhance our brand presence.

• Identify, engage, and onboard top-tier creative professionals to join our network
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain photographers
• Leverage social media platforms and content creation tools to expand our brand presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with photographers and other creative professionals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals
• Monitor and analyze acquisition metrics to optimize performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in creator acquisition
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in creator acquisition, talent management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of the photography industry and trends
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Instagram, Facebook, and Canva
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana is a plus
