📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen, using our in-house POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, including stocking and organizing the dining area.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid food handling certificate (Sertifikat Penanganan Makanan) is a plus.
